They gave us reasonably spacious deluxe triple room with up-to-date bathrooms. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware too. The employees were very kind and polite and offered perfect services.

Clean and tidy staff on arrival was very courteous. The neighborhood is very quiet, and seemed resonable safe. Once you park your car leave it there the whole stay, your right on the line of the train to take you into the downtown area.
I was given a room below what I booked (and no refund still a month later), the car park is for small cars only, and the hotel is a little difficult to get to by car because of traffic laws.

Good breakfast. Silence and comfort.
I think we need a cosmetic room service.

I liked the friendly and personal approach by the staaf - both at the reception and in the restaurant. I also liked the location which suited our needs. Away from the noisy, busy city. The metro staircase proved too much but the tram turned out to be ideal. Nr 17 took us exactly to where we wanted to go.A Suggstion: tell the tourist-guests about the ideal itinerary of the trams!!Thanks you for a nice stay. Please pass this on to your staff!! wifi & Internet access easy - excellent tiling in bathroom .Room clean .
Bathroom fittings ( shower / taps / toilet seat) and bed room fittings ( bed chair /lamp /TV) are cheap which detracts from the quality of hotel which says **** . Shower cubile is cheap plastic instead of ceramic .No soap tray in shower . TV too small -

The hotel was ok for the money what we paid but it not definitelly 4 star hotel. I would give maybe 3 star. .
The pictures on the website are probably 10 years old as they don't match the rooms, everything was damaged ( wall, doors in the bathrooms ). Hotel needs to be renovated as its old fashioned. Breakfast was ok but again not for the 4 star hotel. TV is small and plus its not working properly
